A Business Profile is a single page generic presentation designed to serve as an "appetizer" to all prospects. It gives certain basic information about your business without disclosing your company name, location or other information that may give away its identity.

This document is sent to anyone who requests information from our advertising campaign. Its purpose is to find out if the prospect thinks the described business might be a good fit and if he or she would like more information. We send the profile directly by email, fax or mail.

Here's what's included in the document:

• A basic description of your business
• Price and terms (if desired)
• The assets included in the sale - FFE, inventory, vehicles, etc.
• A schedule of owner's actual cash flow for 2 - 3 years
• How to get more information

If the prospect requests more information, he or she must then sign a CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT and complete a CONFIDENTIAL BUYER PROFILE. Once we have received these signed documents from a prospect, we determine if we believe the prospect is in fact a qualified buyer. If he is, we will send him your name and phone number so he can contact you as soon as possible.

We will also send you the buyer's information, so you can try to contact him right away.
