The Client Service Center is a critical part of the marketing system. We process the responses to the advertising campaign and qualify the prospects.

Responses to advertising are received by phone, email or fax.

We capture the contact information and enter it into the Business Marketing Services database.

The Client Service Center sends the following materials to advertising respondents by email, fax or mail:

• Business Profile (Undisclosed)
• Confidentiality Agreement Form
• Confidential Buyer Profile Form

We receive the completed and signed forms from interested buyers, usually by fax. We then forward the buyer's contact information to the business owner. We also send the name and phone number of the business owner to the buyer.
